Using My ITP Journey

Terms of use

Effective July 23, 2026

Health information, not medical care

My ITP Journey is a personal organization tool. It does not diagnose ITP, interpret platelet counts, recommend treatment, replace a physician, or provide emergency services. Always follow your care team’s instructions and seek urgent help for emergency symptoms.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, protecting access to your signed-in account, and deciding what summaries or photos to share.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload illegal material, interfere with other accounts, or use the service to provide unlicensed medical advice.

Expiring care-team links are bearer links: anyone with an active link can view the shared snapshot. You are responsible for choosing trusted recipients, using an appropriate expiration period, and revoking links that are no longer needed.

Our content, brand, and technology

My ITP Journey, its original website content, report designs, graphics, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to My ITP Journey and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended health-organization purpose. You may download, print, and share your own health summaries with caregivers and healthcare professionals.

Prohibited copying and competitive use

You may not copy or republish substantial portions of the service, remove ownership notices, scrape the service, attempt to obtain its source code, reverse engineer protected technology, or use non-public pilot materials to create or help create a competing product, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Limited pilot and feedback

During testing, features may be incomplete or change without notice. Please do not publicly distribute non-public test instructions, screenshots of other people’s information, or private materials we mark as confidential. If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use that feedback to evaluate and improve the service without payment or attribution.

Availability

The service may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. Important medical information should also be kept through your normal healthcare records.

Paid plans

My ITP Journey Plus costs $5 USD per month unless a different price is clearly shown before checkout. Applicable taxes may be added. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and My ITP Journey does not receive or store your complete card number.

Free accounts can view and download the most recent 12 months of journal history. Plus accounts can view and download lifetime history. Records older than 12 months are not deleted when a Free account reaches the viewing limit; they remain stored and become available again while Plus is active.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

Plus renews automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time through the Manage or cancel Plus button in your profile. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, Plus access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Refunds

Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable, and unused time is not prorated. We may approve a refund for a duplicate charge, billing error, or other exceptional circumstance. Nothing in this policy limits refund rights required by applicable law.

Changes to Plus

Plus features may be improved, replaced, or expanded over time. If the subscription price changes, current subscribers will receive advance notice before the new price applies to a future renewal.

Billing support

For billing questions, contact the My ITP Journey team at support@myitpjourney.com or use the Send feedback button while signed in. Please do not include complete payment-card information in a message.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
