Security and responsible data use

My ITP Journey LLC operates and maintains the My ITP Journey service.

How records are protected

• Sign-in is required before accessing personal records.
• Every data request checks record ownership on the server.
• Photos use private object storage and are served only after an ownership check.
• Web traffic is encrypted in transit.
• Health data is not used for advertising or sold.

Security operations

My ITP Journey LLC maintains security and incident-response procedures, reviews service providers, and continues to strengthen backup, recovery, and vulnerability-reporting practices as the service grows.

Reporting a concern

Email support@myitpjourney.com with the subject “Security concern.” Do not include personal health information, passwords, or payment-card information in an initial report.
