Delete your account

You can erase your journal immediately from the Account section while signed in. This removes your symptoms, photos, platelet readings, medications, appointments, wellness entries, reminders, emergency card, and care-team links.

Delete the sign-in account too

To remove the separate email sign-in identity and all associated journal data, send a deletion request from the email address used for your account. The support team may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.

Requests are normally completed within 30 days unless information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
